so, without further ado:
11) wear a pedometer daily to track my steps - the goal is to walk at least 10,000 steps per day (and when I ran the 1/2 marathon last year I think I only got about 24,000 and thats for 21.5 kms!! My point being.. this seems like an easy one but really may prove not to be that easy!)
12) floss regularily
OK.. so thats it. 12 resolutions, 12 months.
